The simple version of the rules.
The short version
Use the site fairly. Pay for what you sign up for. Don’t redistribute the course content. Exercise carries inherent risk and you accept that. We can’t promise specific results. We’re based in California and California law governs disputes.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using stackandstickmethod.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any program, course, or coaching service from The Stack & Stick Method (a DBA of Robo Enterprises LLC, “we” / “us” / “Stack & Stick”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase services.
2. The Service
Stack & Stick offers fitness and behavior-change products including:
- The Stack & Stick Course — an 8-module self-paced digital course with a workbook.
- Spark, Ignite, Blaze — online and in-home coaching programs (Blaze is San Diego only).
- The Momentum Diagnostic Session — a single in-person assessment for prospective Blaze clients.
Specific deliverables, formats, and inclusions for each tier are described on the Programs page.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any program or service. If you are training in a way that involves notable health risk (cardiac history, recent injury, pregnancy, etc.), we may require physician clearance before beginning.
4. Account & Information
You agree to provide accurate, current information when signing up and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
5. Purchases & Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge the amount shown at checkout.
- Course: single payment (or two-pay where offered). Lifetime access.
- Spark / Ignite / Blaze: monthly recurring billing with a 3-month minimum commitment. After the minimum term, you may cancel future months with 30 days’ written notice.
- Diagnostic Session: one-time payment, scheduled within 30 days of purchase.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for full details. Summary: 14-day money-back on the Course; 3-month minimum on coaching tiers (no refunds on completed months); cancellation policy applies to Blaze in-home sessions.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, workbooks, written materials, videos, brand marks, and the “Stack & Stick Method” name and logo are owned by Robo Enterprises LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own training. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or use them to train others without written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site or services to harass, defame, or harm any person; to violate any law; to attempt to compromise the Site’s security; or to scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish course materials.
9. Health & Liability Disclaimer
Exercise carries inherent risks including (but not limited to) muscle soreness, injury, cardiovascular events, and in rare cases death. By participating in any Stack & Stick program, you acknowledge these risks and assume them voluntarily.
The information we provide is educational, not medical. We are not a substitute for a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or licensed therapist. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise program — especially if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury or surgery, or have any chronic medical condition.
We make no guarantees of specific outcomes (weight loss, muscle gain, performance gains, or otherwise). Results depend on consistency, individual physiology, and many factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robo Enterprises LLC, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Site or services. Total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Robo Enterprises LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or services, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms or the services at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a posted notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms us, our staff, or other clients. You may stop using the Site at any time; outstanding paid services continue per the relevant agreement.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
