How we handle your data.
The short version
We collect only what we need: your name, email, the friction note from the quiz, and payment info via Stripe. We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it except with the tools that run the site (Stripe for payments, MonsterInsights/Google Analytics for usage stats, our hosting provider). California and EU residents have additional rights described below.
1. Who we are
The Stack & Stick Method is a DBA of Robo Enterprises LLC (“we”). We’re based in San Diego, California, USA. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
2. What we collect
Personal information you give us:
- Name and email — when you take the quiz, contact us, or sign up for a program.
- Friction note — optional free-text answer in the 60-Second Momentum Score quiz.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store full credit card numbers.
- Health information — only if you complete the in-home training intake packet, where it’s used to design a safe program for you.
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring site, and timestamps — via standard server logs and analytics tools.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5 below.
3. How we use your information
- To send you the email sequence based on your quiz archetype.
- To deliver paid services you’ve purchased (course access, coaching scheduling, training programs).
- To respond to support requests and provide customer service.
- To improve the Site and our programs (aggregate analytics).
- To send occasional brand updates — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their direct marketing.
4. Third-party services that process your data
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
- HostGator — web hosting and email delivery infrastructure.
- Google Analytics / MonsterInsights — site usage analytics.
- Wordfence — security monitoring (may temporarily log IP addresses for threat detection).
- Jetpack — WordPress utility services from Automattic.
- Google Fonts — typography (loads fonts from Google’s servers, which may log IP).
Each of these services has its own privacy practices. We use them only for the purposes described above.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies:
- Essential — required for the site to function (login state, security tokens).
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site (e.g., which pages are read).
- Functional — remember preferences (e.g., dismissed banners).
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may break parts of the Site.
6. How long we keep your data
- Quiz leads: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Active clients: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years (tax / liability requirement).
- Payment records: retained per applicable tax law (typically 7 years).
- Server logs and analytics: typically 14 months.
7. Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Ask what data we have about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements above).
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
8. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including: the right to know what personal information we collect; the right to delete it; the right to correct it; the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. EU / UK residents (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our lawful basis for processing your data is either your consent (e.g., quiz signup, marketing email) or contract performance (delivering paid services). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
10. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS, encrypted database backups (UpdraftPlus to Google Drive), firewall (Wordfence) at the server level, and limited admin access. No system is 100% secure; we promise to do our best and to notify you promptly if we ever discover a breach affecting your information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a posted notice. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
