The short version
The Course has a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Coaching tiers (Spark/Ignite/Blaze) require a 3-month minimum and we don’t refund completed months. Blaze in-home sessions need 24-hour cancellation notice or you’re charged for the session. Contact us if anything is unclear — we’d rather sort it out than fight about it.
1. The Stack & Stick Course
14-day money-back guarantee. If the Course isn’t a fit for you for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase date and we’ll refund the full amount. After 14 days, the purchase is final — the Course is yours for life either way.

2. Coaching tiers (Spark, Ignite, Blaze)
All three coaching tiers carry a 3-month minimum commitment. This isn’t a sales gate — it’s the method. Behavior change you can feel takes longer than 30 days, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
- Within the first 3 months: no refunds on completed months. If you’ve started training, you’ve received the service.
- After the first 3 months: you can cancel future months with 30 days’ written notice. We will not bill you again after that 30-day period.
- If we drop the ball: if Rob materially fails to deliver the agreed services (missed calls, no programming for a month, etc.) and we can’t make it right, we’ll refund the affected period. Email us — this is a “make it right” clause, not a loophole.
3. Blaze in-home session cancellation
For Blaze clients, individual sessions follow a 24-hour cancellation policy:
- 24+ hours notice: reschedule freely, no charge.
- Less than 24 hours notice: the session is charged at full rate. No make-up.
- No-show: charged at full rate.
- Trainer-initiated cancellation: always rescheduled at no cost, with a complimentary make-up session if the cancellation is short-notice.
- Real emergencies: we evaluate case-by-case. Don’t game it; we won’t fight you on a real one.
4. Momentum Diagnostic Session ($199)
- Refundable in full if cancelled 24+ hours before the scheduled session.
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund.
- No-show: non-refundable.
- If you sign up for any monthly Blaze package within 7 days of your Diagnostic Session, the $199 is credited toward your first month.
5. How to request a refund

- Your full name and the email address used at purchase.
- Your order number or the approximate date of purchase.
- A short note (optional but appreciated — helps us improve).
You’ll get a reply within 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please email us first. We’d rather sort it out directly than have a payment processor get involved. Chargebacks are time-consuming for everyone, and most issues are resolved with a single email.
