The Stack & Stick Course
Eight modules. One method. The whole framework I’ve spent twenty-five years sharpening — built for adults with real lives, busy weeks, and bodies that don’t bounce back like they used to.
This is not a workout plan. It’s the system underneath the plan — the part that helps you keep going when life gets messy.
Eight modules. One method.
The whole curriculum. Each module is short on purpose — designed to be watched in one sitting and used the same week. No theory dumps. No unused frameworks. Just what you need to run the stack.
The Stack & Stick Method
The three moves: Stack, Stick, Repeat. Why every habit you’ve tried failed in the same way, and what to do about it.
Anchor Your First Stack
How to choose the right starter habit. The one rule that prevents 90% of returner failure.
The Stick Phase
How long to hold the first stack. What “stuck” actually feels like. The trap of moving on too soon.
Stacking the Second Habit
How to layer the next move without breaking the first. The rule of one.
The Permission Slip
What to do when life punches you in the mouth. Returns are wins, not restarts. The reframe that makes this method last.
The Maintenance Stack
How to hold a habit you don’t have to think about anymore. When the stack stops being a thing and just becomes part of who you are.
Building the Repeat Engine
The system for layering 5, 10, 20+ stacks over years. How big change is just compounding small change — and what protects the compounding.
Running The Method For Life
What this looks like at year 1, year 3, year 10. How to use the method across seasons, injuries, life changes, and decades.

Honest answer.
This course isn’t for everyone. Most courses pretend they are. Here’s the real read.
This IS for you if…
- You’ve started and stopped fitness habits more times than you can count.
- You’re an adult with a real life — job, family, responsibilities — and you can’t burn 90 days on a transformation challenge.
- You’ve tried discipline-based approaches and they didn’t hold up past month two.
- You’d rather build a method that lasts than a streak that breaks.
- You want a complete framework, not a workout plan.
This is NOT for you if…
- You want a six-week shred or a fast-fix transformation.
- You’re already running multiple stacks consistently and just want a workout program.
- You want a coach in your DMs — that’s Spark, Ignite, or Blaze.
- You’re not actually willing to start small. The method only works if you let it.
The Restart Guarantee.
If this isn’t the right fit, email within 14 days and you’ll receive a full refund. No guilt. No pressure. No awkward exit interview. Stack & Stick is built on the idea that people deserve a clean way back — and that includes a clean way out.
The honest FAQ.
How fast can I get through it?
You could watch all 8 modules in a weekend. But the method works at the pace of your life — not the pace of the videos. Most people run their first stack for 3-4 weeks before moving to Module 4. Lifetime access means you don’t have to rush.
What’s the format? Video? PDF?
Each module is a short video (~10-25 minutes) plus a workbook section. The workbook is what you actually use during the week. The videos are for the “why.” The workbook is for the “now what.”
Do I need any equipment?
For the Course, no. The method is about behavior and stacking habits, not specific exercises. If you want custom programming, that’s Ignite or Blaze.
What about all the modules — are they ready?
Modules 1 and 2 are ready right now. Modules 3-8 are being released through May and June 2026. As a founders cohort member, you get every module the day it drops — and your founders price is locked in even after the full course goes to $397.
Will I be in some kind of community?
Not in the Course itself — that’s a coaching feature. The Course is self-paced and yours. If you want check-ins and a coach in your corner, Spark, Ignite, and Blaze include that.
What if I bought it and want my money back?
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, and we’ll refund the full amount. No survey, no exit interview, no guilt. See the full Refund Policy for details.
Can I gift it to someone?
Not yet — we’ll have a gifting option in v2. For now, buy it under your own name and share access. (Note: that’s the honor system; the access password is shared.)
But what if this sounds too simple?
Most of these come up before someone buys. Worth answering plainly.
This sounds too simple.
Exactly. Complexity is why most people quit. Simple is repeatable. Repeatable creates results.
I already know this stuff.
Knowledge was never the problem. If information alone worked, everyone would be consistent. Stack & Stick solves execution.
I need faster results.
Fast usually means temporary. Stack & Stick builds the system that makes results stay.
I’ve failed too many times.
Perfect. This was built for people who are tired of restarting. Failure doesn’t disqualify you. It shows exactly why you need a different system.
I should be able to do this myself.
Maybe. But if doing it alone was working, you probably wouldn’t still be searching. Coaching and structure shorten the loop.
Most fitness programs tell you what to do.
Stack & Stick teaches you how to keep doing it.
This isn’t a workout plan. It’s the system underneath the plan — the part that helps you keep going when life gets messy.
Build momentum. Never quit.
If you’ve been waiting for the right time, the right plan, the right energy — the method’s whole premise is that you don’t need any of that. You need the first stack. Let’s build it.
